Here are some photos of me wearing sparkles on my feet before the snow hit the ground. We had our first snow fall the day before Christmas. As for Christmas, I sure hope you all had a wonderful and magical time. I was able to go back to my home town area and see friends and family. I sure needed that time away too. Getting out of the everyday routine is needed sometimes, and living away from my family and close friends (not that I don’t have close friends here, I do) can be hard sometimes.

It can be hard to live away from your family and loved ones. I must admit I wasn’t in the Christmas spirit until I was with my family. ┬áThe spark just came and I was so excited and ready to start new traditions.

Michael came with me for Christmas and that made it even more wonderful. I love that he is really becoming apart of the family and everyone expects him to be with me when it comes to holidays and seeing the family. He is so special and my family thinks so too.

Now as for this outfit, I am loving my new sparkle boots and my long black duster. I know I can style it with a lot and it will be super trendy for this winter season. Like I said before, we just got snow and it has decided to just keep coming. I love the sno,w but I’m not a fan of it getting in the way of plans or my travels. I also am not a big fan of the below freezing temperatures that have been scattered across the Midwest for the last couple days, but I guess I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

I could say that I’d love to live in California or Florida, but I don’t think I could do it. I sure do love all four seasons, and I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.

As always, thank you for reading.
