This workout slump is no joke you guys. I just can’t get into it right now. I need all the help and advice I can get. I’m just so over the workout classes and ready to do my thing. I’ve been hurting for the last month now. I had a slight knee injury and it’s put me in this weird spot. Then, about two weeks ago I over extended my arm, so my left arm was in pain from that. I just can’t catch a break.
I’m thinking I need a workout makeover. Just starting with muscle groups and getting into heavier weights as the time goes on. I looked my best squatting and deadlifting a good amount of weight. I also need to do some cardio as well. Cardio is good while lifting weights as well and can really be such a great compliment to lifting. So really the moral of the story is start small and then go big. I’m also thinking of joining Crossfit. That has been on my mind for quite some time, but I just haven’t done it yet.
Either way, I still love to wear my workout clothes. I love to be comfy and these pants are amazing. I love the cut-outs on the back of the leg. There is also a nice deep pocket that would be great to add your car keys to or even your phone. This top is also a fun one. When I saw it online, I thought, Why not try it out?” It’s good for the hot summer days. After this winter I know I’ll be ready for summer. It’s already so cold.
As for this shirt, there’s not much to it, but I love it. It is super cute though and super breezy. Will be good for those hot summer days I know will be coming back around in no time.
