Chautauqua Park

Our last adventure, before we left Boulder, Colorado was Chautauqua Park. It was definitely the perfect way to end a wonderful trip. Chautauqua Park is gorgeous. There are so many trails, and taking in all the natural sights and sounds was just so amazing. It was the best work out I’ve gotten in a long time too. I think if I lived here I’d be way more adventurous. Everyone is so fit and healthy, and I loved that about Boulder. I couldn’t believe people were riding their bikes up the mountain.

Talk about goals. Going to Boulder just really opened my eyes up to many things. I guess this is the point of traveling and having new experiences. I’m looking forward to many more adventures and travels in the near future.

We spent about two hours exploring and getting a workout through the trails. The scenery is so beautiful, the trails are difficult, and the nature is stunning. It smells so clean and refreshing.  While hiking these trails we did take breaks. In general, our bodies were exhausted from all the activities we had done the last few days, but it was all worth it.

We all three have awesome memories that we will cherish forever, stories we can share with family and friends, and we will always have a place for Boulder, Colorado in our hearts. I know every place I visit holds a special place in my heart.

As always, thank you for reading.

Looks gorgeous there! When my brother lived in Utah and we would visit him and hike the mountains. It was so beautiful and there were so many people biking all the time. Definitely, a sight to see. Sounds like it was such a fun trip for all three of you. Thanks for sharing with us!

Wow, what a beautiful place to explore! To be honest, I am not much of a nature girl, but seeing these photos I can totally picture myself there. I can only imagine how amazing it feels for your body and soul to be surrounded by all of these trees and open areas. I have only been to Colorado to snowboard, but the trails and parks like Chautauqua are equally amazing. Thanks for sharing this memory with us. xoxo, Christine

I hear boulder is seriously so gorgeous. It’s similar out here in Oregon. People love biking and being outdoors. I think they have those two things in common. If I’m ever visiting boulder I’ll have to check this place out. I’m dying to go traveling somewhere. I think I have a travel bug that bit me. Thanks for sharing girl!

Thanks for sharing your trip to Boulder and showing us the wonders of nature!

What a great post to end your trip! The first time I went to Steamboat I thought…this is seriously like Laguna Beach but with snow! Everyone one was so fit! Must be a Colorado thing! The last time I went hiking…I was 7 months pregnant in a maxi dress and sandals. It wasn’t a willing hiking trip… we accidentally got lost on a path… that happened to be a mountain. LOL I love the images and the way you’ve captured your trip!

I hear great things about Steamboat too and I’d love to go there as well. Hopefully that will be the next Colorado trip along with going to Denver. Really wow I would never think to compare the two, but I’m sure your right. Hear this makes me want to get in the best shape of my life though.

Your pictures are so beautiful and your trip sounds absolutely amazing. Every time I travel, I visit either cities or beaches. I’m yet to take a holiday where I explore nature. But you have totally inspired me and it honestly sounds so refreshing. The weather looks amazing too for hiking. Singapore is so humid, so I avoid nature related activities. But I really hope I can experience something like your trip to Chautauqua park one day :).
